WALK IN FEE: There is a $5 fee for all 1 day clinics and $10 fee for all multiple day clinics, camps and leagues. Please call 387-9493 in advance to check on time changes and cancellations. CLINIC REFUND POLICY: 48 hour notice is required for all refunds (minus administration fee). There is no refund for a 1 day clinic after the 48 hour notice deadline. Once the multiple day clinics begin, refunds will only be given due to injury (a doctors note is required). The refund will be prorated minus the administrative fee.
